In my opinion, the changes in the distribution of Chinese diet seem to be positive and negative. The positive factor is that Chinese economic growth has given life to the rich, and the happiest people have risen to a higher standard of eating. But on the negative side, Im afraid that eating less vegetables can lead to poor health, such as a lack of vitamins and nutrients in a persons body.
