I've had quite a lot of lessons in my school life. Among them the one given by an American young man is the most unforgettable. It was on Tuesday morning in May. Our teacher told us all of a sudden that an American would give us an English lesson. Then in came a young man. He greeted us in English and then began his class. It was quite different from those we had before. During the whole class he taught us several English songs, played games with us and helped us act out a dialogue. He neither taught us English grammar rules nor asked us to do lots of written exercises. He was not serious at all. He was always smiling at each of us.Happy time was always short. Before we knew it, the class was over. We took a photo with our American teacher in the classroom. I will never forget his smile, his songs and everything he had done in his class.

我很幸运自己能在实验中学高二英语组这个大家庭里，在备课组各位老师的指导下，自己在不断的成长。现在我把自己的一堂写作课的思路，内容，过程呈现给大家，(实际上只能说是给大家说一遍）也是抱着向各位老前辈学习的态度，希望能够抛砖引玉，得到大家的指导和帮助。

一、教材分析

1）地位及作用

本模块以A job worth doing为话题，旨在通过模块教学使学生了解社会中各种工作及其对社会的重要作用，并设想未来的工作类型。写作部分要求学生就某一项工作写一封求职信，咨询有关此项工作的情况，并介绍自己的简历。英语写作是一个创作性的学习过程。它对语言表达的正确性和准确性、思维的逻辑性和文章的条理性都比口语要求更高。也因为在reading 等输入之后，写作做为输出上升到一个更高的层次，本单元的写作课，以及以往的每次写作课都是根据这一原则进行授课的。

2）教学目标

①认知目标:把握如何写好求职信。

②技能目标:掌握求职信的写作。

③情感目标：通过读招聘广告，读求职信，培养学生对社会的责任感，培养他们奉献社会、回报社会的精神，同时使他们认识到只有通过自己的努力学习，才会为自己的美好将来打下基础。

3）教学用具：多媒体

二、教学方法

依据导入—分析—写作—讲评的方法，目的是培养学生写作能力。主要运用了学生为中心，任务为中心，活动为主合作学习的方法。合作学习是帮助学生提高英语写作水平的一个有效途径，通过小组讨论、大组交流、全班分享，学生不觉得写作课是单调的，反而觉得有兴趣。

三、学习方法

1） 教会学生如何成为一个成功的语言学习者，在学习的过程中可以去背 诵或模仿好的句子，只有平时积累了，考试时自然会胸有成竹。

2） 指导学生写一封好的求职信。

四、教学程序

1、导入新课：阅读并翻译一则招聘广告，继而对比学生和老师翻译的不同。

把广告翻译成中文，主要是想让学生对比两种语言的差异，把握广告这种文体的语言特点。课本提供了五则广告，由于时间关系，课堂上只翻译了一则。

当在学生说了自己的答案之后，我把自己的翻译展示出来

既然有了兴趣，那么我们如果想要应聘怎么办？ 同学们回答，写求职信，那么如何写好求职信呢？ 自然进入第二个环节———写作文

2、写作文：

（1）阅读课本上所给出的求职信，并分析求职信的结构。（除了开头，结尾，主体是中间的三个部分：第一部分说明求职信的缘由及动机;第二部分介绍个人情况；第三部分通常是询问、安排参加面试的时间或说明彼此联系的方式。包括在结尾处的客套话。）

（2）拓展：

1）由于考虑到求职信有很多可以套用的句型，所以在这里我给学生拓展了不少固定句型。

比如，第一部分

① I wish to apply for the job you are offering in the newspaper

②Learning from the newspaper that you are looking for a Network Engineer，I should like to apply for the post。

③I’m writing in the hopes that you will be able to offer me the job。

第二部分

① I graduated from Tsinghua University。

② My major is English。

第三部分

①I should be grateful for an early reply。

②I would be very thankful if you could give me a chance。

其中斜体部分可根据自己情况进行更改。这一环节主要运用了齐读，造句等方式，让学生记忆，为接下来写作文打基础。

2）拿到今天的课堂任务———中文叙述的求职信，进行写作。

（3）讨论。由于所给任务与所达要求有较大出入，所以这一环节很有必要。给学生一定的时间进行讨论，至少5分钟，让各层次的同学共同做好写作的`准备。针对考试要求，我提出一下要求：要点全面，结构准确，关键词正确。比如，一共包含几个要点；第一部分缘由是什么，第二部分又怎么介绍自己；具体到关键词“特别”怎么说，“秘书”“打字员”又怎么拼写。

（4）写作：根据刚才讨论所做的笔记，学生自己完成任务。这是本节课的中心，经过前面内容的输入，可谓水到渠成。按考试的要求，需要13—15分钟。一般情况下，学生在黑板上写较之下面写要慢，所以我找了两个同学，其中一个写开头和结尾的两段，另一个写中间自我介绍这段。

（5）①作文讲评。分析黑板上作文的错误。

②打分。拿出一分钟左右让同学们给打个分数，引导同学们不仅关注怎样写作文，更要注意什么样的作文可以得高分。这才是最终我们要达到的目的。

（6）范文展示。 看范文对于每个要点，结构，及关键词的处理。并让同学们齐读，把范文大声读出来。

3、总结：最后课堂小结，重现求职信的结构，如有时间，让学生改写作文。

4、作业。改写并课下上交。

为了提高教学质量和升学率，我校实施了一系列的课堂改革举措。在“五步学习法”课堂模式的引领之下，我们都在尽自己所能力争将自己的课堂打造成高效的课堂。作为英语教学我认为结合我校的课堂改革模式我们的外语教学的目的就是培养语言应用能力。《新课程标准>指出基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣使学生树立自信心养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作的精神，使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和基本技能，形成一定的语言综合运用能力。作为教师我们要转变自身的角色，确认自己新的教学身份。我们是学生学习活动的组织者、指导者、参与者。教师与学生都是课程资源的开发者，共创共生，共同发展。学校对我们的“五步学习法”课堂教学的要求一再强调要突出互动探究环节，这就要求我们的英语教学就必须要建立以学生为主体的英语教育方式，使英语学习既有利于学生打好英语基础，也有利于学生形成健全的人格，更有利于学生去探索，创新。教学活动的设计和开展不但要使学生的主观能动性得到充分的发挥，做到以学生为主体，同时也要营造一个和谐、民主、轻松的课堂气氛，并在教学过程中注重实效，提高课堂教学效率。在教学方法上，教师应多采用启发式教学。教师可以通过设计各种情境，问题来引导学生发现问题，解决问题，并帮助学生自主地总结归纳。教师的引导要做到含而不露，指而不明，开而不达，引而不发。下面我谈谈写作课在新课改下的实施情况及我对此的一些反思。

培养学生规范准确的书面表达是高中英语教学目的之一，而英语听说读写四项技能中，写作是相对较难的．在教学中，学生惧怕写作，教师觉得写作教学难，批改学生作文也难，因此一般对阅读理解较为重视，而对写作的重要性认识不足，忽视对学生写的能力的培养，以致有相当一部分学生学了多年外语后，写作能力仍然很差．学生写作上存在的问题主要表现在用汉语思维方式造句、语法错误多、谋篇布局与衔接能力弱。针对以上问题，我认为高中英语写作教学的目标必须做到：

1、明确书面表达的要求，学会在规定时间内完成审题、确定文体、抓住要点、组织语言、书写修改等一系列工作。

2、学会内容表达的完整性、行文的连贯性、遣词造句的准确性。

3、通过词到句子再到文章的训练，提高学生用英语进行思维的能力，培养学生自主学习和协作学习的习惯，锻炼学生用英语进行自我表达和交际的能力；拓展学生的英语思维，发展学生观察与分析问题和归纳事物特点的能力提高学生写作水平和综合运用英语的能力。

通过写作，教育学生积极参与、主动思维、大胆实践，感受“合作学习”是一种非常有效的学习策略,体会交流思想和共享知识的乐趣。

我以一个教学案例来谈谈我的认识和感悟。

这堂课我主要是教会学生写作技巧，并以国家教育部要求学生参加中长跑锻炼为题进行练习。具体过程如下：

一. 学情分析

教学反思：

1、本节课主要采用过程教学法训练学生的写作。过程教学法的理论基础是交际理论，认为写作的过程实质上是一种群体间的交际活动，而不是写作者的个人行为。它包括写前阶段，写作阶段和写后修改编辑阶段。在此过程中，教师是教练，及时给予学生指导，更正其错误，帮助学生完成写作各阶段任务。课堂是写作车间,学生与教师,学生与学生彼此交流,提出反馈或修改意见,学生不断进行

写作,修改和再写作。在应用过程教学法对学生进行写作训练时,学生从没有想法到有想法,从不会构思到会构思,从不会修改到会修改,这一过程有利于培养学生的写作能力和自主学习能力。学生由于能得到教师的及时帮助和指导，所以，即使是英语基础薄弱的同学，也能在这样的环境下，写出较好的作文来，从而提高了学生写作兴趣，增强了写作的自信心。

3、在合作学习中促进学生写作能力的发展。刘道义曾指出“写作不能仅仅理解成个人行为，因此在教学中不宜总是采取学生单独写出作文来让教师批改的模式，而应该提倡学生开展两人或数人小组活动，通过讨论合作完成写作”。合作学习是一种非常有效的学习策略，在小组合作完成写作任务的过程中，学生能够充分发挥各自的优势和主动性，实现彼此间的互动，创造性思维也得到了充分的展现。在我执教的另一班级，由于在课堂上没有小组合作设计广告和小组的互评环节，而是让学生独自完成，学生交上来的作品中错误明显较多，没有创意，质量不高。

4、传统的英语写作评价标准过多地注重学生语言的准确性，而忽视了文章的整体性和流畅性。因此教师对学生写作的评价应该扩大视野，从不同角度去评价学生的写作成果。我在课堂上设置一个写作报告评价量表，简单易操作，通过小组互评的形式，学生之间互相借鉴，取长补短，教师给予必要的指导。学生在听取其他同学和教师的意见后进行修改，使其写作水平得到进一步提高。

5、注意体现新课程改革的精神。在时间安排充足的情况下，教师应从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发，创设生动和逼真的情景，在轻松、民主的教学氛围中，鼓励和倡导学生积极参与、主动思维、大胆实践。教师的科学引导是前提，学生的有效参与是关键。只有在师生高效合作下，写作课才能真正达到效果。

It is important to keep in mind that not saying no when you should say no can sometimes have harmful consequences. If children are giver everything they ask for, not only may their health be damaged, but they may grow up selfish and spoilt. Again, in the long run it is kinder to re fuse to lend money to a person who has a gambling or alcoholism problem.
