大家下午好。

首先感谢学校领导给我这次交流学习的机会,让我培训大家,我感到十分惭愧,因为在坐的有比我工作经验丰富的老教师,也有掌握着现代教育教学理念年轻的富有朝气的年轻教师,与其说培训,其实是和大家的一次交流学习,下面我就如何提高英语教学成绩问题,谈谈我个人的肤浅看法,有不当之处,请在坐的各位老师提出宝贵的意见或建议。

一、钻研教材,分析学生,抓住重点,积极教学学生是教学的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对性地教学对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。但一开始我就发现我按照自己的教学设计,上了一堂自认为生动有趣的课,认为教学效果会很理想,但是课后反馈出来

才知道不如人意。后来才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂,而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知,我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况,没有备好学生的课。所以在备课方面,教学准备这一块要下功夫,尽量按实际,结合课本内容和学生的学习层次,这样才能更好的完成教学目标。

二、全心投入,讲求方法,精神百倍,丰富课堂。在教学过程中老师是教学的领导者和参与者。讲求方法,丰富课堂是教师在整个教学过程中首要的任务。英语作为一门外语言,需要多运用,多交流。因此,除了课堂教学之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。让学生背诵单元当中的重点单词、句型和对话。在课堂上发挥小组作用,让学生分角色表演对话,可以活跃课堂气氛,培养学生的言语交际能力,从而提高学生的口语能力。课后发现学生作业问题也要及时解决,及时给学生讲解清楚,让学生及时消化。上课内容要丰富多彩,多联系实际进行教学,学生很容易接受和消化。教态要自然,多运用肢体语言教学,难易适中照顾全班所有学生,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气息。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这

点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这些情绪给带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。所以老师的情绪直接影响着课堂质量,因此作为老师的我们要控制好自己的情绪,保持最佳的精神状态,学生也会集中精力配合老师上好这堂课。

三,具体分析,因材施教,培优转差,快乐教学整个教学过程中由于学生的掌握情况不同,出现了优差分层,一方面,有的学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应,也不能理解。另一方面,有的同学基础比较好,上课气氛积极,成绩突出。如果讲解太简单,会让他们感到乏味无趣,所以教学效果会很不理想。从而可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。所以。我利用课余时间对优秀生进行课外的知识补充,对差生根据实际情况进行相对应基础知识方面的辅导,使学生成绩整体得到提高。从而建立了学生学习的自信心,也大大的提高了学习英语的浓厚兴趣。

由于每一位教师尤其英语教师,大家都在不断的改善和创新自己的教学,难免有失败和弯路。不过我坚信,只

有不断创新和实践才能有进步,才能不断完善教育教学。同时也是一个不断学习、不断积累、不断总结、不断提高和不断改进的过程,在今后的工作中让我们并肩作战,一起用一颗炽热的事业心和崇高的使命感去培养那些含苞待放的花蕾,让他们在知识的海洋里健康快乐的成长。

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the “unalienable rights” of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.”

后妈: okay, girls. you must put on your most beautiful dress and make up immediately!

灰姑娘: (小心地走出来问道)mum, i want to go to the party, too. 两个后妈女儿:

don't be so sad, cinderella. at least, we are with you. if we can help you, we will do our best!

灰姑娘:oh,my friend,thank you very much. but i haven’t any beautiful dresses now!

what can i do? who can help me? 仙女:

(突然跳着舞出现) poor girl, let me help you. you need a carriage, you need a coachman, you need some horses, you need a bellboy, and you need a beautiful dress.(挥动魔杖,用南瓜变成马车,用老马变成马车夫,用老鼠变成马,用狗变成侍者,把灰姑娘变得很漂亮) 猫、鸽子和变成侍者的狗:

(睁大眼睛,看着灰姑娘)wow, how beautiful! 猫: you're the most beautiful girl i've ever seen.

狗: yes! you will be the most beautiful girl in the party!

(拉拉灰姑娘的手) 鸽子: yes! you will be the most beautiful lady in this party!

and prince edward will love you at once! (欢快地飞来飞去) 仙女: now, cinderella, go to the party and dance with the prince.

but remember you must ***e back before 12 o'clock. remember, 12 o’ clock! or you will change back into now.

灰姑娘: thank you, kind fairy. (冲出门外) 仙女:

(对灰姑娘喊)be careful! don't f***et the time! 灰姑娘:

i won't f***et. (跳上马车)good bye, kind fairy and my dear friends!! (挥动手帕,消失在暮色中) 第三场布景:

皇宫中大臣(1): good evening, ladies and gentlemen, wel***e to the prince-dancing ball. this night, our worshipful prince edward(这时,王子走了出来,向所有来宾鞠躬)will select the most beautiful and kindest girl to be his queen .

which one do you like? 王子: (皱起眉头)mmm…i don’t think they are… (cinderella suddenly ***es in) 大臣们:

直至我与同学混熟之后才变得活泼,开朗,一向冷酷无情的我也开头珍惜这段友情,这些来之不易的朋友。于是,我也便没有从前那么憎恨、厌恶这所学校了。

如今,我已经上初三了,再回头看看,这一路千辛万苦,我还是挺过来了。这一路上,快乐地,难受地,都遇到过。也早已习惯了这三点一线的生活了;早已习惯了这严格夸大的纪律了;早已习惯这难以下咽的饭菜了,也早已习惯这群唠唠叨叨的教师了……

最令我难以忘记的是,在我的生日那天,收到了很多宝贵的礼物,我有条有理地把它们珍藏起来,我牢记在心,礼物再珍贵也比不上朋友之间的友情。

在这三年里。我结识了很多新朋友,虽然不时也会闹些冲突,但很快便会恢复往日的友情。像那刻苦努力的小矮子;像那上课睡觉的胖子;像那唱歌走音的型男;像那发如鸟巢的'灌篮高手,等等等等……都是令我难以遗忘的朋友。

从大的方面看,英语演讲稿实际上属于特殊的说明文或议论文,其基本组成成分是:

(1)开始时对听众的称呼语

最常用的是 Ladies and gentlemen,也可视不同情况选用 Fellow students, Distinguished guests, Mr Chairman, Honorable Judges(评委)等等。

(2)提出论题

由于演讲时间限制,必须开门见山,提出论题。提出论题的方法多种多样,但最生动,最能引起注意的是用举例法。比如:你要呼吁所有人关注贫困山区的小孩,你可以用亲眼看到的或者收集到的那些贫穷孩子多么需要帮助的事实开始。另外,用具体的统计数据也是一个有效的引出论题的方法,比如:你要谈遵守交通规则的话题,你可以从举一系列有关车辆、车祸等的.数据开始。

(3)论证

对提出的论题,不可主观地妄下结论,而要进行客观的论证。这是演讲中最需要下功夫的部分。关键是要把道理讲清楚。常见的论证方法有举例法、因果法、对比法等等,可参见英语议论文的有关章节。

(4)结论

结论要简明扼要,以给听众留下深刻印象。

(5)结尾

结尾要简洁,不要拉拉扯扯,说个没完。特别是不要受汉语影响,说些类似“准备不足,请谅解”,“请批评指正”这样的废话。最普通的结尾就是:Thank you very much for your attention。

本学期,我任教一年级三个特色班以及六年级(6)班的英语教学工作。在教学过程中,我一直遵循着以下思路,教学。

1、 注重教学过程的管理,贯彻先进的教学方法和理念。

如何充分发挥小学英语在实现教育目标中的功能,从而体现小学英语在整个课程中的地位和作用,是小学英语教学必须重视的问题。启蒙阶段的英语学习是非常重要的。教学的成功将对学生的终身学习产生深远的影响。小学开设英语课程的目的在于培养学生学习英语的积极情感,形成初步的英语语感,打好语音、语调的基础,具备用所学英语进行交流的初级能力。

通过英语课程的学习,我们可以丰富社会生活经验,开阔视野,树立学习自信。为此在实际教学中我们要求广大教师积极实践和探索,在教学目标、课程实施、教学方法、教学评价等方面做到层层推进。在实践过程中,应明确以下几点:

一。在教学的总体目标上,要注重兴趣、成就感和自信心的培养。教师通过多种激励的方式,如奖品激励、任务激励、荣誉激励、信任激励和情感激励等,激发学生积极参与、大胆实践、体验成功的喜悦。有了成就感,就会有自信,学生就会渴望学习英语;在实施过程中,要注意环境、频率和效率。

教学中特别强调语言环境的创设,充分利用和开发电视、录音、录像、光碟等多种**,丰富教学内容、活跃教学气氛、创设生动和真实的语言环境。尽量在课堂上创造真实的情境,克服课时少的困难,并且按排早读课及时复习,保证学生高频率的接触英语,为学生创造有效的学习条件,提高学习效率;在语言教学目标上,应注重语感、语调基础和交际能力。学校和教师积极创造条件,提供良好的语言环境和设备,通过提供大量的感知、体验、模仿等实践活动,帮助学生形成初步的语感。

语音语调的学习包括发音、重音、语调、节奏和语流等多方面,教学中要求教师防止以单音准确为目的的教学,通过多听、多模仿,在有意义的语境中进行训练,奠定语音语调的基础。强调要培养学生的交际能力,就要创设交际情景,使学生通过交际来发展自己的交际能力。

2。在教学模式和方法上,要注重体验、实践、参与和创新。教学设计要贴近生活,满足小学生的兴趣需求;教学内容能引起学生的兴趣,如押韵诗、寓言故事、对话表演、游戏等;教学的语言材料要真实、实用。学生在课上通过用中学、学中用,反复实践,学用结合。

功能、结构、主题、任务有机结合;以主题为核心,以功能和结构为主线,以任务型活动为目标,安排各单元或每节课的教学;通过视、听、说、玩、唱、画、游、读、写、译等饶有趣味的活动,让学生接触足够量的语言材料,保证输入量,“习得”与“学得”结合,使学生逐步培养起初步的语感;通过大量语言材料的输入,特别是声像材料的示范,学生模仿,教师指导,使学生逐步形成良好的语音、语调、书写、拼读的习惯。设计任务型活动,开放空间,激活学生思维,培养创造性思维。自始至终引导学生通过完成具体任务活动来学习语言,让学生为了特定的学习目的去进行特定的语言活动,通过完成特定的交际任务来获得和积累相应的学习经验。

教学方法要多样化、生动化,激发学生的学习兴趣。充分利用教材中的课文,创造栩栩如生的场景,为学生提供用英语交流的机会。实践中,我们发现每当孩子们进入角色,成功地做成一件事,他们便情不自禁,喜形于色,因此兴趣倍增、信心加强,动机和情意受到了很大的激励。

同时要求布置的练习形式要多种多样,做到手、脑、口、耳、眼、肢、体并用,静态、动态相结合,基本操练与自由练习相结合,单项和综合练习相结合。通过大量的实践,使学生具有良好的语音、语调、书写和拼读的基础,并能用英语表情达意,开展简单的交流活动。

2、 创造良好的语言学习环境,拓展英语教学的时空。

⒈灵活安排教学组织和课堂,以学生为主体,充分调动学生的积极性,开展两人小组、多人小组、成行、成排、半班等多种形式的活动。这是小学英语教学的重要特点之一。只有开展这些活动才能使每一个学生充分地参与课堂实践,才能体现出语言的交际性,才能实现师生之间和学生之间的互动性。

课堂上课桌椅的摆放形式根据教学的需要采用不同的方式——秧田式、半圆式、全圆式、双圆式等,目的是为了更好地开展各种教学活动。这可以促进师生之间的情感交流,帮助学生培养相互关心、合作的团队精神。

2。采用多种现代教学方法,创造良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会,优化教学过程。利用英语教学音像资源——图画、图表、投影、录音、录像、cd、vcd、***等多**软件,不仅能为学生提供规范的语音、语调,还可以提供真实自然的语言使用的示范,即语言使用的场合、时间、对象等,而且还有体态语——手势、动作、表情等的示范。多种**的运用使教学变得生动、形象、活泼,感染力强

性强,容易引起学生的兴趣,引起有意的注意,加深印象,帮助学生长时间记忆。充分利用现代化教学手段,可以超越时间和空间的限制,使学生置身于以英语为母语的环境中,体验英语的实际运用。多**课件的使用可以使教学过程程序化,大大提高教学的效率,这一点对我们农村学校课时少的小学英语课尤为重要。

⒊把英语学习从有限的课内时空扩展到无限的课外时空,成立小小英语角、学校布置英语走廊、让学生制作英语画刊等各种形式的活动极大地提高了学生学英语的热情,让学生感受到英语无处不在、无时不学。

3、 努力总结发现问题,及时调整教学策略。

在实际教学过程中,教师应积极实践,不断探索,针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点,总结规律,认真思考,不断摸索。特别是在课堂教学中,教师要有良好的应对机制。以下是小学三年级英语课堂教学的一些实际案例。
