冬至下午，姥姥开始拌饺子馅了：先把肉剁成肉馅，拿作料腌好；接着又把白菜、萝卜剁碎，挤水后放入肉馅中，再加入一些调味品，饺子馅就拌好了。闻一闻，啊，真是色香味俱全呀！就要包饺子了，我赶紧去帮帮忙。
姥姥把面团揉一揉，然后搓成粗细均匀的长条，又切成大小一样的小面团，撒上些面粉，因为害怕我擀的面皮不够圆，姥姥又帮我把这些小面团压成圆圆的面片。擀饺子皮可是个技术活，用力太大，面片就会粘在擀面杖上，还会厚薄不均。
我先把面片擀成椭圆形，再把它转个圈，擀短的.一面，如果觉得有地方厚了些，我还会再补一下，这样圆圆的面片就大功告成。
接下来该包饺子了，这我还不太熟练，姥姥给我做了示范，我照着姥姥的样子，把面片平摊在手上，挖了点饺子馅放上去，对折饺子皮，轻轻把皮捏在一起，好，成功！
可我包的饺子真难看，肚子瘪瘪的.趴在桌上。姥姥说这是因为我包的馅太少了，再包一个，多放些馅，这次的好看多了。
开始吃饺子了，我狼吞虎咽的，一会就吃完了。

奶奶先给我做示范，我看着奶奶包饺子一会儿就包好了，我觉得包饺子很简单，于是拿起一张皮学着奶奶的样子包起来，可是才包了两个，就都漏了馅，我有一点气馁了。但我又仔细观察奶奶的手法，我发现，馅不能放的太多，还要放在中间，这样才不会漏馅。我又试着包了两个，没想到我攥的不紧，还是漏了馅，我急忙修改，没想到有把饺子包成了小笼包，妈妈说：“你这是包包子还是包饺子呀?”奶奶有些哭笑不得。
我又包了几个，这一次我吸取了前面的教训，认认真真地包，再也没发生漏馅的状况。我总算学会了包饺子。煮熟后，我的饺子受到了大家的欢迎，我心里美滋滋的。
