FUTURE IS NOW What is future?Every time I look at the stars in the sky,I ask myself.Its realy a hard question to answer it.The universe is boundless,we dont know where are we from and where shall we go.I stand there,at sea.
Last Sunday,there was a rain of meteors.I went to the belcony towait for their coming.Above my shoulder,it was the wind.Above the wind,it was the sky,huge and blue,with sparkling stars.Suddenly,a shooting star appeared.I hurried to pray for her happiness,staring at it.I wanted to pray for more,but it had already died out.I realised ,future is not carved on the meteors,but its now,around us.
When a fortune-teller look at your palm,shell tell you how your future will be like.Thats a way you place your hope on.But its not realistic.The future is the things and people around you.What you should do is to try to do everything well,dont care much about the results.Be kind to all the people around you,and love them.Although the world is not full of love,the life is not a bed of rose,you should sdick on your belief.When time passes,youll find everything you do is worthwhile.

在英语课上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。咱学校一二年级的英语课是作为学校课程来出现的，大家也能从孩子的课程表上看到一周有两节学校课程，就是英语课。但并不是说学校课程就不重要，相反，一二年级对于打好英语学习的基础是非常重要的，有句话说Interest is the best teacher.兴趣是最好的老师，我们一二年级主要就是提高学生学习英语的兴趣，为三年级以后的英语学习打下坚实的基础。我们现在所学的内容，以后到了高年级还会继续学习，并且加深巩固，如果现在就不认真对待英语，那么就相当于输在了起跑线上，到了三四年级很可能就跟不上老师的进度，和别的同学拉下差距。当别的同学都能运用一二年级已经学过的句型对话时，也许您的孩子才刚刚起步，这样难免会影响他的学习兴趣，甚至产生恶性循环。所以一二年级英语教学的任务就是培养好孩子们学习英语的兴趣，让他爱英语，爱说英语。这也需要家长们的大力配合。咱小学阶段对语法要求没有多么高深，主要就是培养学生的兴趣，语感，发音，听力。
首先是培养兴趣，大胆的说英语。这就需要家长为孩子营造一种学英语的气氛，比如早上起床可以跟孩子说good morning，感谢他的帮助说句thank you，一二年级英语都是日常生活中很简单的句型，只要经常操练，让孩子有说英语的意识就可以了。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得东西派上了用场。另外周末休息时还可以利用几十分钟陪孩子看一部英文动画片，既能培养语感提高兴趣，又可以增进家人感情，得到适当休息。
然后说一下听力，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下孩子去年的英语磁带，很多学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。另外听录音要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，如果小时候就不重视发音，等到大了说一口中式英语或者带着家乡话味道的英语，改都难改。有很多学生到了初中之后，抱怨英语考试的听力像听天书，原因就是自己的发音是错误的，人家正确的发音反而听不懂。所以说听录音的时候有意识的模仿是很重要的。希望家长能够每晚抽出时间监督孩子一起听听录音并模仿跟读
接下来是读英语。有句话:“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢?就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。我上学的时候就是这样的，每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。语感一旦形成，初中高中英语考试事，经常可以不用分析句子，完全靠语感做题。就像我们平时说中文，就是说的多了，所以无需思考，张口就说。
总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯，保护好孩子的兴趣。说了这么多，就是希望我们学校，老师，家长向着共同的目标：支持并帮助孩子踏踏实实地学好英语。

晚上好!今天你们能够在百忙之中抽出宝贵的时间来参加家长会，单从这点就可以看出你们对自己子女的关心和对我们学校工作的支持。有你们做我们的坚强后盾，老师们的工作会更有激情，孩子们的学习会更加努力，明天会更加灿烂! 今天我有两点想与各位家长交流探讨。一：是借上周期中考试的机会，考卷也已分发下来，我们可以这次考试为切入点，就教学方面进行交流;二：我想与各位家长共同探讨一下“怎样帮助孩子学好英语”， 不当之处，敬请批评指正。 第一部分：分析试卷
第二部分：首先介绍一下教材，本套教材是跟初中英语相配套的，如果你现在不学好英语，那将来的英语学习也是不难想象的，有心的家长会发现小学英语的词汇量与语法是无法想象的。所以我们只有现在打好良好的基础，才不会导致英语越学越难、越学越差。
曾经有家长打电话问我他孩子的英语基础很差怎么办，我的回答很简单，“只要他跟着我的步子走，按照我的要求做，问题不大!”我的回答很简单，可真的做起来不那么容易哦!有些家长就深深地体会到英语这个学科只要孩子用心，学习效果是很明显的，只要他背了记了，效果就出来了，学习英语没有什么窍门，唯一的窍门也就是努力，没有笨孩子，只有懒惰的学生。所以学习习惯很重要。
1. 英语课堂学习应该注重课堂学习效果，35分钟宝贵且有限，我们不可能在这短短的时间内掌握所有的英语知识。英语学习还应重在平时，每天记单词，背语法要点，做好预习与复习工作。想要靠临时突击， 临时抱佛脚的做法不可取也不可行。英语当天学习的内容应该当天消化，如果不能及时消化就会积食，造成听课越听越不懂，形成恶性循环!在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
2. 让孩子多听录音 首先说一下，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。孩子光靠每堂课上10分钟的朗读，他们的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么?我布置得回家作业中有朗读课文这一项，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢?听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么。所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说;放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。
3. 让孩子熟练背诵课文 背诵是一项基本功，可以积累一些日常用语，到用的时等候就可以脱口而出。但是在背诵过程中要讲究方法，不可操之过急，要注意分散和集中相结合。可以让孩子先分段背，再把课文连起来背，这样可以降低一点难度，让学生背得轻松些。
4. 注重孩子默写的质量， 单词短语的默写，这是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背默写，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，每天坚持的话，你一定会有意想布道的效果。还有句型，学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。课后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词短语的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我默不出来;就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报
5. 英语学习贵在坚持!就好像跑步运动，英语学习之初大家都从同一个起跑线出发，但随着难度加深与词汇量加大，一些同学慢慢对英语失去新鲜感续而厌烦最后掉队。但我想现在还只是5年级，为时尚未晚，希望我们家长对子女多一份关爱，督促子女奋发图强。且不说英语作为一种工具，它对于我们升学、工作、求职有重大意义，同时我认为学习英语的过程也是一个吸收别人长处，观念更新的过程!知识是无价的，知识可以改变命运，英语作为知识的一个丰富载体，它理应该受到尊重与重视!
总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。不是要说注重过程嘛。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平。谢谢
