“red/yellow/green” all represent the corresponding color of vegetables. “white” means oats (燕麦),oats contain much prandial (膳食的) fiber,which can help us reduce the cholesterol(胆固醇) [klestrl] and lose

因此,食品安全问题非常值得关注。

近两年的许多事件告诉我们,食品安全不容忽视。食品卫生隐患有很多,但我想对于我们小学生而言,危害最大的莫过于路边、大街上、小巷中那些小摊小贩摊子上的食品了。为了方便,一些学生会随意从路边的摊位上买一些。

但我不知道这些食品大多已经过期,含有色素和防腐剂,甚至有些是地下工厂生产的不合格食品。另外,摆摊的地方也很不卫生。灰尘很容易碰到食物。如果你吃了它,你很容易生病。如果你有轻微的腹痛,如果你有严重的呕吐,腹泻,甚至食物中毒。它的危害程度相信每一位同学都很清楚 ,也就不需要我多讲了。

为什么这些摊位上的东西让每个人都吃?它到底有什么魅力呢?唯一的解释是这些食物中添加了一些调味品。其实,你喜欢吃的就是这种调味品。

这种调味品会危害人们的健康。几年前,天台小学的12名学生是这种食物中毒的最好见证。由此可见,摊位上的食物对我们健康的危害是无法估量的。

如果你把这些食物与死亡联系在一起,那么我相信你对死亡的恐惧一定会阻止食物杀死你。

在此还特别要提醒各位同学,对这些食品切不可有仅吃一次,下不为例的态度。吃这些“美味”如同吸毒一样,吃一回想两回,会越陷越深。如果你认为自己有很强的意志力和克服第二次欲望的能力,那就应该在第一次之前玩。

据调查显示,目前我国中小学生营养状况不容乐观,中小学生中挑食、厌食、偏食的人比较多,很多同学都有喜欢吃零食、不爱吃主食的习惯,不科学的饮食习惯导致营养不良的人不断增多。

那我应当怎样科学地饮食,保证身体得到的营养恰到好处呢

首先,要养成不挑食、不偏食的习惯。经常偏食、挑食,容易营养失调,影响健康。比如多吃糖容易引起龋齿、胃病、皮肤病;多吃肉容易导致动脉硬化、冠心病;多吃盐容易有高血压等等。按营养学要求,青少年一日的膳食应当有主食、副食,有荤、有素,尽量做到多样化。生活中要吃各种粮食,水果,蔬菜,鱼肉,蛋,奶等。

至于食品安全的因素,我认为人的因素是第一和第二位的,其次是环境因素。很多企业为了个人利益,不顾他人健康,出现了一系列问题。最近炒得火热的“新西兰肉毒杆菌奶粉”也受到了广大民众的关注,“肉毒杆菌”是毒性最强的蛋白质之一,它们可以随着空气中漂浮的灰尘、小液滴飘散到四面八方。

任何食品生产环境都不能无菌,各种微生物都在试图渗透。奶粉中的肉毒杆菌也很可能是乘着空气中的小颗粒物飞入生产管线,这就是刚才所说的次要的环境因素,这是我们无法改变的,但是,在生产奶粉中,它们又恰巧逃过了定期消毒程序的清理,这就是最关键的人为因素。因为缺乏一个程序最终会危害人类健康。

相类似的“三鹿奶粉事件”,它的危害也是十分之大的。一些婴儿为此得了肾结石,根据我国官方公布的数字,截至xx年9月21日,因使用婴幼儿奶粉而接受门诊**咨询且已**的婴幼儿累计39,965人,正在住院的有12,892人,此前已**出院1,579人,死亡4人,另截至到xx年9月25日,香港有5人、澳门有1人确诊患病。尽管“三鹿奶粉”已经禁止生产了,但是,谁又会想到几年后还是会有一样的“毒奶粉”在我们身边默默地吞噬着许多人的生命。

禁酒只能治标,不能治本。作为他们中的一员,什么?为此,我提出了一下几个观点:

首先是加大对相关食品的监督抽查力度。二是加大对地方食品企业的检查频率,严厉查处违法违规生产加工行为。三是加大食品安全知识宣传力度,引导群众提高食品安全卫生意识和自我保护意识。

前两点对一个学生来说可能是不可能的,但第三点是我们应该积极回应。对于第三点,我要给予补充。我们可以举办关于“食品安全”的**比赛,演讲比赛,让许多学生参与其中,一定会受益匪浅。

2月8日,哈尔滨食品药品监督部门对外表示,红牛饮料存在标注成分与国家批文严重不符等问题,红牛的配料中含有国家不允许在维生素功能饮料中使用的人工合成色素胭脂红,会对肾脏、肝脏产生一定伤害。5月7日,据报道,山东省青州市部分菜贩在白菜上喷洒甲醛溶液保鲜。实地调查发现,在一些春菜的长途运输中确实存在这种做法。

11月23日,中国经济网**了山西粟海集团原料鸡为“速成鸡”,其针对养殖户的宣传广告称“雏鸡到成品鸡只需要45天……”。山西搜海集团为肯德基、麦当劳等多家大型超市提供原材料。

以上这些都足以证明食品安全的重要性。可能你做梦都没想到,甜品、红牛饮料、白菜,这些我们经常吃的东西里竟然有危害人类健康的东西。肯德基和麦当劳是年轻人最常去的,但当你准备把香喷喷的鸡腿放入口中时,你是否想过这些鸡是靠药物养大的,吃下去对你身体多不好啊!

调查显示,xx年第三季度,全国共报告食物中毒突发公共卫生事件61起,中毒病例1969例,死亡46人。“死亡46人”,一个痛心的数字,又让多少的家人承受失去亲人的痛苦呢?

食品安全很重要,药品安全也很重要。

有一次我突然胃痛,我去药箱拿了一瓶治胃痛的药。吃了一后,我的胃更疼了,这使我呕吐了一整天。爸爸回到家,问我吃了什么药?我告诉他我吃了治胃痛的药。

随后,爸爸拿了药瓶看了一下,目瞪口呆的!原来这药已过期一年多了。这只是生活的一小部分,但它告诉我们:

吃药时,一定要弄清楚是什么药,检查日期,吃多少药,药的保质期。

利益是每个企业都想追求的,但往往有些企业只是想获得一些利益,在销售的食品中添加有害物质。开胃的珍珠奶茶实际上是通过地下加工制成的。在巧克力里发现生的蛆虫;药店里的龟苓霜发霉了。药店的工作人员用水清洗发霉的部分,然后卖给人们食用。我真的想对这里的人说一句话:

“为了那点利益,就拿人的健康来做赌注,你们忍心吗?那肮脏的巨款又是多少人的健康换来的?你活在这个世界上,这是一种侮辱!

收手吧!把你们的良心找回来。”

许多引起食物中毒的食物不能用眼睛和鼻子辨别,所以我们必须做以下几点

一。检查食品的日期、生产许可证和保质期。

2。不要吃变质、腐烂、过期的食物。

3、不到街边的小摊上吃油炸东西,要知道一吃下去对人体有多的危害!

四。不要吃未煮熟的豆类,如豆类、豆奶等。

5、生熟分开:切过生食的菜刀和切过熟食的刀要分开,不要把切过生食的刀来切熟食,否则会将多种寄生虫卵及大量细菌食入人体里,造成各种疾病。

6。找楚食物的搭配。有些食物不能同时食用,否则会发生食物中毒。

7号。不吃来历不明的食品,防止犯罪分子在食品中添加有毒物质。

8个。食物应保存完好,避免被蟑螂、老鼠等动物叮咬,以免感染病毒。

9、不吃病死的家禽。

我相信只要每个人都这样做,健康就会向我们挥手,疾病就会远离我们。

说到这里,你可能会问:如果你发现有人或你自己中毒了怎么办?对于这个问题,我们可以采取以下方法互相保存。

一。如果只是胃不不适,就喝温水和盐水,然后把手伸进喉咙诱导呕吐。

2。如果出现严重呕吐、胃痛、握手和休克,应立即送往医院。

三。把剩下的食物留下来帮助防疫部门检查中毒原因。
