My name is XX, and we are pleased to be able to discuss the pursuit of excellence, dedication youth, this topic, I am going to talk about today is "willing to sacrifice, the fire ignited youth." Needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to China is the 20xx Olympic Games. Till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time. How much changes have you seen? New roads, new subway lines, public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.
Other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example, more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them ly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?
I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China. But I think everyone should use some time to think of this question, ”Does the Olympic Games have any special meaning to you?”
For us, I mean the Chinese youth, 20xx Olympic Games is a tremendous gift. Because what we are waiting for is to do something significant as repaying the love given to us .The society is just like a ship, and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying ”Hey! Come here and take the helm! ”How charming his voice is, but we have never heard of it in our true life. This morning, however, when we wake up, we will see the Olympic Games waving its hand. After chewing, most of us will have at least one plan about what to do for the Olympic Games. And mine is to be a “comforter” ----that is someone who will give comfort to others.
At the end of my speech, I hope all the preparation will go well, and everyone will show their ability to the world. Let us seize opportunities and give a big smile to challenges.
In the world, I am sure that no one dare say he hasn’t met any trouble all his life. So we must face failure. In fact, failure is not fearful, but important thing is how to face it correctly. Facing failure, people will never take their fate lying down.They will try their best to work harder and harder until at last they succeed. Not being courageous to face setbacks, people have no chance to enjoy the pleasure of success. So they have nothing to do but feel sad and empty all day and all night. Confuse defeat with failure, and you are doomed indeed to failure. For it isn’t defeat that makes you fail: it is your own refusal to see in defeat the guide and encouragement to success. Defeats are nothing to be ashamed of.
They are routine incidents in the life of every man who achieves success. But defeat is a dead loss unless you do face it without humiliation, analyze it and learn why you failed. Defeat, in other words, can help to cure its own cause. Not only does defeat prepare us for success, but nothing can arouse within us such a compelling desire to succeed. If you let a baby grasp a rod and try to pull it away, he will cling more and more tightly until his whole weight is suspended. It is this same reaction which should give you new and greater strength every time you are defeated. If you exploit the power which defeat gives, you can accomplish with it far more than you are capable of.
The struggle of the youth is the most beautiful.
Friends, do you know what is meant by life? And what is meant by the “struggle of the youth”?
We know, there are many examples about the struggle of the youth appearing in the films we see, in the songs we listen, and in the friends we meet.It is most startling to hear a watch or clock clicking away the seconds, each click indicating the shortening of one’s life by a little bit.Likewise, with each page torn off the wall calendar, one’s life is shortened by another day.Time, therefore, is life.Nevertheless, few people treasure their times as much as their life.So, chose to work hard in your youth.
Friends, speak up your mind, and do what you want to do!In short, hurry up to give full play to the life bestowed on you by Nature, and hold aloft a torch to offer a little light to the world, for, otherwise, your young limbs will begin to rot, your brilliant brain will be dulled and your enthusiasm will cool off. The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude to me is more important than facts.

It is necessary that the constancy of mind, persistency of purpose, and the grand simplicity of decision shall rule and guide the conduct of the English-speaking peoples in peace as they did in war. We must, and I believe we shall, prove ourselves equal to this severe requirement.

Building a harmonious campus to establish a harmonious relationship with students. Teachers to enlighten the knowledge of our culture , from naive to mature. We need to pay teachers’ cherish. Building a harmonious campus students need to establish harmonious relations. Help them, and let them feel the warmth of harmonious campus. Maintain a good attitude of tolerance towards people , the students are friendly to each other, to create a harmonious interpersonal relationships.
It is quite usual that one meets failures, for one's life can never be plain sailing. However, different people hold different attitudes towards failure. Some people think it a heavy blow to fail in achieving something and they can not endure failure.

This is my future ideal career being a teacher not only fulfills myselfI also can implant my knowledge to my students. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen; when I was in the primary school, I had a dream， I want to invent a device which could bring you from one place to another in no time at all. When I was in the secondary school, my dream was to study in my ideal university. And when eventually I got into the university, my dream was to graduate. How pathetic! I believe everyone has experienced a lot . We have done good things and also bad things. When we do the bad things, we should not feel sad. We should learn from failure ,learn from every mistake and learn how to be a good loser. That’s what I'll be talking about today. That's our lesson to learn. Let me tell you why.
First, losing is a part of life. It is unavoidable. It is something we all must face. Everybody loses sometimes. Every great person knows this truth. So don't be ashamed of losing. Losing doesn't mean you're a loser.
Second, don’t escape from it, just accept it. Losing is beneficial and can be helpful to you. We just view it as a learning experience. Losing is a chance to learn. You can learn how to try again and improve.
Third, practice makes perfect. Create challenges for yourself. Never be afraid of failure. Lose as much as you can. Losing only makes you better. That is a great secret of success.
