I felt a bit tired after finishing my winter vacation homework this morning. I remembered there was still long-distance running homework, so I went downstairs to prepare for it. This time, I decided to run along the main road. The weather outside is still chilly and piercing. As it approaches noon, the sun is strong and warm, and there are more pedestrians, the atmosphere has increased a lot, making my heart calmer and happier. I shook off my arm and started running. 今天上午做完寒假作业感觉有点累了，想起了还有长跑作业，于是下楼准备长跑，这次决定顺着大道跑。外面的天气依然寒冷刺骨，由于快接近中午，太阳却很强眼，晒得有些暖意，行人多了，气氛也就增添了不少，使我的心静也也随之开心了许多。我甩开胳膊开始跑步，“一二一”我心里开始数着节拍，边跑边看着路边的风景，急匆赶路的人，打闹嬉戏的中学生……跑着跑着，跑出很远了，忘记了寒冷，忘记劳累，感觉跑步原来也不是难嘛！
长跑不仅让我呼吸到了新鲜的空气，还锻炼了身体，同时体会到成功后的'喜悦，望着耀眼的太阳，想着那些有趣的事情，不由自主的乐了，我喜爱冬季长跑。
