尊敬的各位领导、各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
经过了一个平安、愉快的暑假，我们满怀着新的希望迎来了XX年的秋季。在这流光溢彩的日子里，为了追求心中的理想，为了汲取知识的营养，我们齐聚在三塘铺中心小学这艘正待扬帆的航船上。今天我很荣幸有这样一个机会坐在这里代表新教师发言。首先我要感谢三塘铺中心小学给了我一个实现人生抱负的机会和展示自我风采的舞台。
我认为，作为新教师，这本人生新篇章的扉页上应当写上这么四句：
第一句，教书育人是教师的天职。
“师者，传道、授业、解惑也”。教师必须以严谨、务实、勤奋的态度对待教学工作，精心备课，细心讲解，耐心解答，努力把学生培养成为德、智、体等各个方面全面发展的人。
第二句，为人师表是教师的本份。
“德高为师，身正为范”。所谓言传不如身教，教师应当成为学生的道德榜样，以自己的道德意愿去醒觉学生的道德意识，以自己的道德感情去感染学生道德情感，以自己的道德行动去引导学生的道德行为。
第三句，终身学习、追求卓越是教师的根本。
“问君哪得清如许，为有源头活水来”。要给学生一碗水，教师就必须要有一桶水；更何况当今世界，知识更新日益加快，知识获取途径越来越多样化。因而教师必须持续不断的学习，刻苦钻研业务，不断提升和完善自己，才能担负起教师的职责和尽好教师的本份。作为新教师不但要向书本学，更要向老教师请教，同时也要不耻下问，虚心向学生学习。
第四句，尽心尽责、服务学生是教师的使命。
我认为，教师与学生本质上是一种共生关系。在日常生活中表现为“想学生所想，急学生所急，谋学生所谋”；而在精神层面则表现为“价值理念的共享生成，行为风范的相互习染，精神风貌的共同塑造”。一句话，“尽心尽责、服务学生”就是“本着服务的心，对学生的未来生命质量负责”。这是教师不可推卸的使命。
最后，我们衷心希望同学们在一段新的人生起跑线前认真审视自己，确立奋斗目标、端正学习态度、遵规守纪、刻苦学习，用拼搏书写一支奋斗的战歌，用热情投入谱写出一曲昂扬的旋律。作为教师，我们会关注你们的成长，指导你们的学习，我们会为你们的努力加油鼓气，会为你们的进步欢呼欣喜。也许有时我们显得很严厉，这个“不许”、那个“必须”，那是因为我们深知在你们通往成功的道路上布满太多荆棘，我们要对你们严格要求，培养你们战胜困难的勇气和能力。努力吧，亲爱的同学们，为自己的青春留一段无悔的记忆，在我们的三塘铺中心小学史册上给出浓墨重彩的一笔。让我们携手努力，创造出更加辉煌的成绩！

If i were a boy again, i would practice perseverance(毅力)more often, and never give up a thing because it was hard or inconvenient. if we want light, we must conquer darkness. perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “there are only two creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids-the eagle and the snail.”
If i were a boy again, i would school myself into a habit of attention; i would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. i would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. the habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown-up people say “i could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although i wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
If i were to live my life over again, i would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. i would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. it only needs early cultivation to become a power.
If i were a boy again, i would look on the cheerful side. life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, i smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.
inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. “who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”
finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, i would, if i were a boy again, i would still try harder to make others happy.

贾平凹曾在他的文章《我的老师》中这样回忆那位比他年小许多岁的小老师：“她趴在桌上，看着那比自己高大许多的人，手握毛笔飘逸挥洒。旁边就有人逗她了，‘在看什么呢?’‘写’不假思索的回答;‘写什么呢?’‘字’，‘什么字?’‘黑字’”。三个问题，四字作答，贾平凹的小老师看到的只是用本性观得的事物，没有那些从社会熔炉中走出来的.人的阿谀奉承、谄媚迎合。或许她所持有的那份纯真，正是贾平凹尊称其为老师的缘故罢!
著名作家聂绀弩，他的一生便是守着初衷，持着纯真走完的。恰如知交冯雪峰评价的，他的一生“有着儿童似的天真”。开心便开心，若是不开心了，纵使是高级官员，他也依旧有气就撒，严声切齿。也许在现在的人看来，这是对权力、地位的不尊，但正因此，才体现了他那难能可贵的纯真。在聂绀弩的心中，没有所谓的人情世故，喜即是喜，怒便是怒，从不虚假掩饰自己的情绪，从不故作媚态。他就像个孩子一般纯真，有什么说什么，绝不巧言令色。即使离世前，他也仍保持着他那天性里的纯真，一瓣蜜桔，笑着知足的离去。正是因为他这份难得的纯真，使得人们在忆起他时，无一不感慨他的放浪形骸。
然而，并不是所有人都会保持这份与生俱来的纯真。殊不知，有多少人在事故摩擦中，失去了本有的棱角，变得圆滑;有多少人为了一时之利，便卑躬屈膝，点头哈腰，唯他人之命是从，终得利欲，这是怎样的“哀痛者和幸福者”呢?
“人之初，性本善”。夫人之初，似玉璞，又如白纸一张，等到逐渐长大，也便步入社会这杯水中，你想得到，亦看得到，水中的纸如社会中的人，慢慢地，水纸相侵，人以另一种姿态融入了社会，众人所见的他，不再是“本性善良的初人”，其由外至內早已打上一层事故人情的油墨，为的是更好地在水中伸展，更好的立足于社会。静言思之，对待人生这部剧，追的人着实很多，然而其中能与“纯真”一角邂逅的人却少之又少，或许是因为浮云太多，蒙蔽了他们选择的双眼;又或是因为主角太“美”，配角早已黯然失色。总归是与纯真失之交臂了……其结果必然大有阙漏……
由此观之，人这一生总是该坚守心中纯真的，相信那些不忘初心的人，定得始终!
