来到武昌实验小学的第一天，蒋卉校长热情接待并妥善安置了我们的食宿，蒋校长就像自己的亲人一样和蔼可亲，能到武昌实验小学学习、生活，我们感到很荣幸。在稍作休息之后，蒋校长和武昌实验小学的少先队中队辅导员向老师带领我们参观了这所百年老校。
武昌实验小学最初是两湖书院，创立于19，也是后来的武汉中央军事政治学校，历史上许多有名的人士都在此学习或工作过，例如赵一曼、臧克家、程子华、徐向前、陈毅......。这座校园有着非常深厚的历史和文化底蕴。
如今，武昌实验小学也是一个人才辈出，卧虎藏龙的地方。有着大批的特级教师、青年骨干和市区学科带头人。在学校门口的展示栏，我们目睹了这些优秀教师的风采，也庆幸能跟着他们一起学习交流。

得分时的欢呼雀跃，失误时的顿足长叹，以及拿到奖品时那一脸的兴奋和满足……而和游戏板块遥相呼应的主舞台则吸引了更多同学的眼球，争先恐后的歌曲点唱，一名名校园歌手更将整个活动的气氛推向了高潮。许多老师们也褪去了往日课堂上的严肃，多了份活泼，尽情融入这欢乐的海洋。晚上九点半，在舒缓的背景**下，现场所有同学手牵手在广场中间围成一个大圆，跳着欢快的民族大联欢舞蹈，欢声笑语荡漾在整个广场之上，嘉年华活动也接近尾声。
伴随着云南财经大学大学建校六十周年的喜悦与自豪，我们已经迎来了第七届社团文化节，疯狂英语协会也成立了两周年。在团委和学生社团协会的精心指导下，疯狂英语社团也在学生社团蓬勃发展的春风中蓬勃发展。展望未来，协会全体会员将继续探索、探索、创新，为繁荣云南财经大学校园文化而努力！

教学反思
让我们的学生在英语课上不再哑巴
穆爱瑜新课标中提倡了“能”字为先，始终体现“能”用英语做事情的基本理念，将倡导“任务型教学途径”改为“教师要通过创设接近，实际生活的各种语境，采用循序渐进的语言实践活动，以及各种强调过程与结果并重的教学途径与方法。”要从主题，情境，核心语言，教学定位，语言能力提升点和兴趣点来梳理教材的有效性。
是的，如何使课堂活动由易到难，从简单到深入，从单一到全面，从简单到复杂。熟练地将语言知识转化为语言技能。我想这正是我们目前所欠缺的。
反思自己的课堂教学，很多机械练习，生怕学生学不到。所谓的多种不同方式的各种操练，只是形式上的不同，并没有实质性的有意义的操练，更谈不上对学生英语思维能力的培养。我总是感叹现在学生的英语是“哑巴”英语，可是反思我的课堂，我又给了学生多少张开嘴，不当“哑巴”的机会呢？
训练给我们带来了更多的思考。让我们携起手来，共同努力！
丰富多彩的游戏，提高学生思维的创造性
于红对学生来说，创造性思维能力就是利用已学过的知识和经验创造性的思考问题和解决问题的能力，没有创新精神的人很难有创造性的成果。我们应该抓住小学生的好奇心理，活化我们的英语教材，通过扩展教材内容或活动步骤，充分激发他们勤于思考，敢于创新的兴趣，鼓励他们多角度，多方向，新颖独特的提出问题，解决问题，提倡一题多议，敢破常规，使教学向纵深发展。如在学习 is this your pencil-box?
时,有这样一组对话what is in your bag? look! a book!
我故意从准备好的书包里拿出一本字典。这是一个我们不经常使用的句子，目的实际发学生根据对话的实际情况思***。有时，教材的扩展会超出学生解决问题的能力范围，但却因此激起了他们的疑问，引发他们在课外，在今后的学习中努力寻求解决的办法。总之，在教学中，我们应充分挖掘教材的智力因素，活化教材，多启发，多引导，训练学生的创新思维，给予学生机会，从而培养他们思维的流畅性和独创性。
游戏给学生创设出许多性质不同的情景，使学生的眼、耳、口、手、脑等各种感官都“参与”到求知活动中去。这就需要教师能够熟练的把握教材，掌握各种游戏规律，恰当的选择游戏类别，在不同游戏情景中产生出不同的问题，这些问题都与教学需要有关。击鼓传花、心连心是教学中广泛使用的游戏。
我还鼓励学生自创游戏，教学生学会部分词汇之后让学生做即兴拍手游戏sister姐妹喜欢笑，brother兄弟喜欢跳，mother妈妈爱苗条，father爸爸永不老。
在每一种独立的游戏中，学生为寻求新知识，为得到老师同学们的赞赏，为每个学生都尽量完善做游戏时提出的目的，锻炼了解决问题的能力，学生的创造性思维和语言表达能力都从中得到了发展。
！如何进行有效情境创设
张丹妮我们现在的英语老师通过这几年的各种培训，大多数都能认识到创设情境在英语课堂教学中的重要作用，但我们对于如何才能更合理有效的创设情境却没有较系统的认知，我们往往会借助一些身边的实物，事例等来创设多个情境，却把握不好情境和课文的有效结合，不知道如何更加自然地把学生引入情境，有时反而只是单纯为了创设情境而“创设情境”，没有更好地考虑到各个环节之间的联系，各情境之间没有合理的衔接，这样反而扰乱了学生的思维，结果弄巧成拙。

在本次举办的英语教师国培研修中,最大的感受就是,在课堂教学中不光是教师教学生,也是教师自我学习的过程.因此,教师和学生是一个相互学习、相互了解、相互合作的关系.通过师生合作、生生合作,培养和发展学生的合作意识、合作精神,进而达到教学的目标.我们需要提高英语课堂的学习效率,就应该从下面从听、说、读、写四个方面进行要求.
1.多听才能多模仿.
众所周知,学习英语从”听"开始.只有听得清,听得懂,才能说得准,说得好.因此,要培养学生认真听教师或者录音的示范发音,学生的模仿能力是超过成人的,所以锻炼学生听力,也是学习英语的开始,同样英语听力在正常的考试中也占着很大的比重.
2.多说才能多练.
李阳英语之所以很火的原因,有一条就是要大胆的说出来,有些学生考试成绩很好,但是一到朗读、背诵就开始紧张,主要原因就是说的少,英语是一门语言,既然是语言就要多说,这需要教师在课堂上多引导学生进行交流,调动学生的主动性、积极性,从侧面提高了英语学习的趣味性,这样有助于提高学生的英语成绩.
3.多读才能多理解.
在这里读有两层意思,一面指的是多阅读,阅读一些英语小故事,阅读一些英语报刊,阅读英语新闻,这些都有助于积累学生的词汇量,也大大调动了学生学习的积极性;另一面指的是多朗读,这和上一层的多说有异曲同工之处.
