在英语学习中，单词的记忆是一个困扰许多人的问题。记单词的确不是一件容易的事情，但若方法得当，效果就会好得多。我相信如果你能真正做到以下三点，你的词汇量会继续增加：
1、调整情绪。有的人想学，但却“怕”当头，这与科学的学习方法相悖。心理学家认为：
“当一个人感到极度兴奋时，学习的效果就极佳。它能使我们的思维变得敏捷、活跃和集中。”所以在记忆单词前应首先调整好自己的情绪，使自己拥有一种学习单词的热情和牢记它们的决心，努力使自己处于学习的最佳状态。

当你面对孩子们那双清澈无比又充满童真的眼睛时，当你聆听着他们银铃般的笑声时，每个人都仿佛又重新回到了童年时光。这让我更喜欢这个职业，让我觉得这个职业是如此的纯洁和美丽
可喜的是经过半年的学习、积累、探索，我在英语教学上日趋成熟，逐渐收放自如，总结出了一套自己的教学方法。现简单列出：
一、激发兴趣，维持激-情。
“兴趣是孩子们最好的老师。”使学生带着浓厚的兴趣去学习，将会使教学工作取得事半功倍的效果，这是我教学中最深刻的体会。激发小学生的学习兴趣并不难。
小学生初学英语，对英语充满了好奇与向往，与中文迥然不同的语音语调使他们跃跃欲试，欧洲国家的风土人情使他们眼界大开，再加上课堂上，我使用了大量的彩图、实物、头饰、**等作为教学工具，设计了丰富多采的教学游戏，让学生在玩中学，在学中玩，身心愉悦地上英语课，在不知不觉中就掌握了知识，使英语成为他们最喜欢的科目。
但更重要的是保持学习的热情。学生到了
4、 五、六年级的英语课并不新鲜，随着内容的深入，学生们也在逐渐挣扎。对高年级的学生，一方面我适当改变教法，设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆，激发学习兴趣，另一方面，也在尝试新的激-情激发点。比如，在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥，体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美习俗的聚会等，让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学习英语，从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。
二、及时复习，反复操练。
俗语有云：“一日不唱口生，一日不练手生。”因此，在英语教学中我要求学生必须对所学内容倒背如流，脱口而出。
因此，在每一个内容教完后，我要求学生及时背诵和记忆，确保每个学生都能通过单词和句子的听、说、读、写的水平。每天早上，学生必须将所学内容读至少一遍以上，随时保持学习英语的最佳状态。在每节英语课之前，我可以用英语和学生自由交谈。
通过反复的操练，学生对知识自然能掌握得牢，用得活了。
三、严抓书写，打牢基矗
学英语并非是一朝一夕的事，可谓“never too old to learn.”(活到老，学到老.)那么，基础的重要性便不言而喻了。
如果在学习之初，在写作或发音上有坏习惯或错误，将来很难改正。因此，在小学英语教学中，我对写作和发音都非常严格，即使abc是一个如此简单的母亲。在写作中，我要求学生先写在练习本上，然后写在练习本上，最后写在作业本上。
涂鸦和不符合四行三格书写规则的，应按标准重写。“磨刀不误砍柴工”，做好了准备，打牢了基础，既使教学活动更顺利、更规范化，也为学生将来学习英语铺就一条平坦大道。
4、 在英语教学中贯彻德育原则。
教师的职责，古人概括为“传道、授业、解惑”，把道德教育放到了首位。教书必先育人，英语科也不例外。小学英语教材中有许多礼貌用语，如：
thank you! excuse me. sorry.
after you.等;有教人拾金不昧的小故事;有发人深省的寓言;有宣扬团结互助的短文......我绝不放过这样的教育机会，除了句子、短文的阅读、理解教学外，更让学生去体会其中的精神。
让学生在课堂上模仿练习的同时，也延伸到日常生活中，成为一种个人情感。如今，学生已将thank you! sorry.
that’s all right.等挂在嘴边，文明有礼成了一种风气。
除了一般的道德教育，我认为英语是最容易培养学生自信心的科目之一。刚开始学英语时，有些人只是咯咯地笑，有些人说话时就好像蚊子在嗡嗡叫。在老师的鼓励与诱导下，学生能够开口说，到大声说，不到半学期便能在大庭广众下卖弄自己的英语，这过程便是一个自信心的提升。
我在课堂上极少批评打击学生，我更愿我的学生在我的good! wounderful!等肯定声中找到自我，从而信心百倍地去学下一句。
当然，在英语教坛上，我尚是一名新兵。在今后漫长的教学生涯中，我仍需要接受更严格的锻炼和挑战，不断学习，不断积累，为中国通往世界的语言桥梁添砖加瓦
1.演讲，首先要了解听众，注意听众的组成，了解他们的性格、年龄、受教育程度、出生地，分析他们的观点、态度、希望和要求。掌握了这些，就可以决定怎样吸引观众，说服观众，取得好的效果。
2。演讲要有集中鲜明的主题。无中心、无主次、杂乱无章的演讲是没有人愿听的。
一篇演讲只能有一个中心，整个内容必须紧紧围绕这个中心展开，这样才能给观众留下深刻的印象。
3.好的演讲稿，应该既有热情的鼓动，又有冷静的分析，要把抒情和说理有机地结合起来，做到动之以情，晓之以理。
4.演讲稿的语言要求做到准确、精练、生动形象、通俗易懂，不能讲假话、大话、空话，也不能讲过于抽象的话。要多用比喻，多用口语化的语言，深入浅出，把抽象的道理具体化，把概念的东西形象化，让听众听得入耳、听得明白。

一、针对性。演讲是一种社会活动，是一种在公共场合是用的宣传形式。它为了以思想、感情、事例和理论来晓喻听众，打动听众，“征服”群众，必须要有现实的针对性。
所谓针对性，首先是作者提出的问题是听众所关心的问题，评论和论辨要有雄辩的逻辑力量，要能为听众所接受并心悦诚服，这样，才能起到应有的社会效果；其次是要懂得听众有不同的对象和不同的层次，而“公众场合”也有不同的类型，如党团集会、专业性会议、服务性俱乐部、 学校、社会团体、宗教团体、各类竞赛场合，写作时要根据不同场合和不同对象，为听众设计不同的演讲内容。 第
二、可讲性。演讲的本质在于“讲”，而不在于“演”，它以“讲”为主、以“演”为辅。由于演讲要诉诸口头，拟稿时必须以易说能讲为前提。
如果说，有些文章和作品主要通过阅读欣赏，领略其中意义和情味，那么，演讲稿的要求则是“上口入耳”。一篇好的演讲对演讲者来说是必要的；对听讲者来说应好听。因此，演讲稿写成之后，作者最好能通过试讲或默念加以检查，凡是讲不顺口或听不清楚之处（如句子过长），均应修改与调整。
第三、鼓动性。演讲是一门艺术。好的演讲自有一种激发听众情绪、赢得好感的鼓动性。
要做到这一点，首先要依靠演讲稿思想内容的丰富、深刻，见解精辟，有独到之处，发人深思，语言表达要形象、生动，富有感染力。如果演讲稿写得平淡无味，毫无新意，即使在现场“演”得再卖力，效果也不会好，甚至相反。 第
4，整体语音不能独立完成语音任务，只是语音的文本基础，是整个语音活动的组成部分。演讲的主体、受众和特定的时空条件构成了演讲活动的整体。撰写演讲稿时，不能将它从整体中剥离出来。
为此，演讲稿的撰写要注意以下几个方面： 首先，要根据听众的文化层次、工作性质、生存环境、品位修养、爱好愿望来确立选题，选择表达方式，以便更好地沟通。 其次，演讲稿不仅要充分体现演讲者独到、深刻的观点和见解，而且还要对声调的高低、语速的快慢、体态语的运用进行设计并加以注释，以达到最佳的传播效果。
此外，还要考虑到演讲的时间、空间和氛围，增强演讲的效果。 第
五、口语性口语性是演讲稿区别于其他书面表达文章和会议文书的重要方面。书面性文章无需多说，其他会议文书如大会工作报告、领导讲话稿等，并不太讲究口语性，虽然由某一领导在台上宣读，但听众手中一般也有一份印制好的讲稿，一边听讲一边阅读，不会有什么听不明白的地方。演讲不同，它有更多的即兴表演，不可能提前把演讲稿打印给观众。
为此，演讲稿必须讲究“上口”和“入耳”。所谓上口，就是讲起来通达流利。所谓“入耳”，就是说听起来非常流畅，没有任何语言障碍，也没有曲解。
我们应该把长句改成适合听的短句； 把倒装句改为常规句； 把听不明白的文言词语、成语加以改换或删去； 把单音节词换成双音节词； 把生僻的词换成常用的词；用不易听的词代替易听的词。 这样，才能保证讲起来朗朗上口，听起来清楚明白。
第六，现场演讲活动是演讲者与听众面对面的交流。听众会对演讲内容及时作出反应：或表示赞同，或表示反对，或饶有兴趣，或无动于衷。
演讲者对听众的各种反映不能置之不顾，因此，写演讲稿时，要充分考虑它的临场性，在保证内容完整的前提下，要注意留有伸缩的余地。要充分考虑讲话中可能出现的问题和应对各种情况的对策。总之，演讲稿要具有弹性，要体现出必要的控场技巧。

二、“使人信”演讲。这种演讲的主要目的是让人们信任和相信。它从“使人知”演讲发展而来。
如恽代英的演讲《怎样才是好人》，不仅告知人们哪些人不是好人，也提出了三条衡量好人的标准，通过一系列的道理论述，改变了人们以往的旧观念。其特点是观点独到正确，论证充分准确，论证合理严谨。 第

i graduated from the university with academic honors and proceeded to the yale law school, where i received my jd degree in 1980. upon graduation from law school, i became a practicing lawyer with the washington, dc, firm of ward, hardraker, and ross.
in 1981, i was introduced to now judge thomas by a mutual friend. judge thomas told me that he was anticipating a political appointment, and he asked if i would be interested in working with him. he was, in fact, appointed as assistant secretary of cation for civil rights.

during this period at the department of cation, my working relationship with judge thomas was positive. i had a good deal of responsibility and independence. i thought he respected my work and that he trusted my judgment.
after approximately three months of working there, he asked me to go out socially with him.
what happened next and telling the world about it are the two most difficult things -- experiences of my life. it is only after a great deal of agonizing consideration and sleeplenumber -- a great number of sleeplenights tha(t i amable to talk of these unpleasant matters to anyone but my close friends.
i declined the invitation to go out socially with him and explained to him that i thought it would jeopardize what at the time i considered to be a very good working relationship. i had a normal social life with other men outside of the office. i believed then, as now, that having a social relationship with a person who was supervising my work would be ill-advised.
i was very unfortable with the idea and told him so.
i thought that by saying no and explaining my reasons my employer would abandon his social suggestions. however, to my regret, in the following few weeks, he continued to ask me out on several occasions. he pressed me to justify my reasons for saying no to him.
these incidents took place in his office or mine. they were in the form of private conversations which would not have been overheard by anyone else.
my working relationship became even more strained when judge thomas began to use work situations to discuse-x. on these occasions, he would call me into his office for reports on cation issues and projects, or he might suggest that, because of the time pressures of his schle, we go to lunch to a government cafeteria. after a brief discussion of work, he would turn the conversation to a discussion of se-xual matters.
his conversations were very vivid. he spoke about acts that he had seen in ****ographic films involving such matters as women having se-x with animals and films showing group se-x or rape scenes. he talked about ****ographic materials depicting individuals with large penises or large breasts involved in various se-x acts.
on several occasions, thomas told me graphically of his own se-xual prowess.
because i was extremely unfortable talking about se-x with him at all and particularly in such a graphic way, i told him that i did not want to talk about these subjects. i would also try to change the subject to cation matters or to nonse-xual personal matters such as his background or his beliefs. my efforts to change the subject were rarely successful.
throughout the period of these conversations, he also from time to time asked me for social engagements. my reaction to these conversations was to avoid them by eliminating opportunities for us to engage in extended conversations. this was difficult because at the time i was his only assistant at the office of cation -- or of
