坐落在汉口闹市区的老通城酒楼,以特有的传统风味小吃豆皮而享誉国内。迄今,许多高级政府官员、首脑人物都品尝过。豆皮以糯米、鸡蛋、鲜肉丁、鲜虾仁等为主要原料,做成一厘米吼、小块见方的式样。用油煎好,盛于盘中。吃起来外皮香脆内里酥软,美味可口,油而不腻。国内仅武汉独有。
而湖北最有名气的美食,便是云梦鱼面。云梦鱼面生产于古泽云梦,始产于清道光年间,历史悠久。云梦鱼面选用“白鹤分流”之鱼,桂花潭中之水,新麦上等面粉及芝麻香油等为主要原料,白如银、细如丝,故又称“银丝鱼面”。云梦鱼面营养丰富,风味独到,鲜美可口。1915年,云梦鱼面在巴拿马万国博览会参加特产比赛获优质银牌奖,畅销全国及国际市场。

首先介绍的是陕西的风味小吃羊肉泡馍。在陕西吃羊肉泡馍,特别方便,西安大街小巷,随处可见羊肉泡馍馆。走进去,你会立刻感到有一股羊肉香味扑面而来,吃羊肉泡馍可不能干等着,还得动动手。你买到馍后,还要拿一个粗瓷碗,这碗非常大,没劲的人可拿不动呢!吃羊肉泡馍,主要还是掰馍。馍掰的越细越好,据说馍馍掰的细,味儿就可以进入馍里。你看那位白发白须的老爷爷虽然手儿在颤抖,馍却掰得格外细,那专注的神情好像在完成一件精美的艺术品。馍掰好后就送到服务台,不一会儿,你的羊肉泡馍,就煮好了。往里漂满葱花,还有又大又肥的羊肉和细长的粉丝,使人馋言欲滴。

俗话说得好“民以食为天”,我对这句话非常赞成。我可以封自己为“小小美食家”,因为我对菜颇有一番研究。光菜名,我就可以滔滔不绝的说上百种。北京的烤鸭、内蒙古的小肥羊、西安的羊肉泡馍、山西的刀削面……在这么多香甜可口的美食中,最让我喜爱的,便是山城重庆的麻婆豆腐。
麻婆豆腐不仅吃起来麻辣鲜香而且颜色五彩缤纷。嫩白的豆腐丁排着整齐的“队”站在盘中,穿上了用鲜红的辣酱做成的“衣服”,看上去火红火红的一片,就像是一团熊熊燃烧的红色火焰,中间还夹杂着一些外酥里嫩的肉沫,绿色的葱花散落在盘中,就如同一片片绿叶,沾着辣酱的豆腐丁成了一朵朵盛开的红花,在绿叶的映衬下显得格外引人注目。不时,从盘中散发出一阵阵诱人的香味,真令人垂涎三尺!
看上去,麻婆豆腐的做法是十分复杂的,其实非常简单:把豆腐切成一个正正方方的小块,让它们一个个“跳”入热气腾腾的水中热热“身”,再把它们捞出来,一会在用。接着,把肉切成极小的块,用植物油把肉块抄酥。然后,向锅里倒入适当的油,打开开关,向油中放入事先准备好的干辣椒、花椒和姜片,等油在七、八十度时放入豆腐丁,再加上适量的淀粉,翻抄几下,再加入适当的盐、黄豆酱、豆瓣酱,点上一点白酒,最后用小火慢慢烧两分钟,在快起锅时加入少许的味精,这道色香味俱全的麻婆豆腐就大功告成了!

我却认为美食究竟美还是不美,不能只看色、香、味儿,而是更应该注重其安全性和营养价值,同时要兼顾其营养成分的全面性与均衡性。
有人常吃路边的烧烤,认为这就是一种美食。可我不喜欢这种所谓的美食,因为我担心不卫生。网上说烧烤中含有亚硝酸盐、樱树油等。
也有人把膨化食品作为美食,而我却从来不吃。因为我听说其中含有危害健康的物质。网上说膨化食品通常含铅量比较高。铅能造成说注意力低下、记忆力差、多动,另外容易冲动、爱发脾气等等。
我向来对美食没有研究,我的饮食都是由我爱人来料理。她总是让我吃的东西不重样儿。每顿饭都做到有饭,有咸菜,有炖菜或汤。她做馒头时会同时用两种面,里面加上豆沙馅儿,外面再加上一个大红枣儿。我觉得这就是美食,吃得放心。煮饭或熬粥时,她会加入燕麦,桂圆,她还会粗粮、细粮间隔着使用。这样一来,营养比较全面。我认为这也是一种美食。

关于“佛跳墙”这个名字还有一个小故事:清朝某寺院旁有一个聚春园酒家,一天大厨用山珍海味秘制的一道菜,做完时香传十里,禅僧闻得其香,竟不顾佛门戒律,放下木鱼,越墙前来觅食。故得其美名。
刚开始,我还不相信这个故事,可亲自品尝后才有所体会。有一次爷爷生日,我们到位于东街口的聚春园吃饭,爸爸特地点了佛跳墙,不一会儿,一个大坛子端了上来,服务员刚打开盖子,浓香四溢,久久没有散去。我不禁产生疑问:“这是用什么时候东西做的?一问才知道,原来是用鱼翅、海参、鲍鱼、干贝、火腿、鸡鸭、羊等十几种食材做主料,加之花菰、冬笋、绍酒、桂皮、姜片、白萝卜为辅料,经过蒸、炸、泡等几种方法烹制,封贮于坛中,食前用谷糠皮文火煨热,启坛时香传十里。我的天哪!这么多种食材,这么多道程序,我可要好好品尝一下闽菜的头把交椅——佛跳墙。

let’s start with carbohydrates. sugars, in other ’re used by the body for pretty immediate are three classes of sugar: monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides.
it’s not so important that you know which sugars fall under each of these categories, but it is important to know that there are different categories of sugars. under the monosaccharides, glucose, fructose and galactose are the sugars. disaccharides, where you have several sugars paired together, are maltose, sucrose, and the polysaccharides are the ***plex carbohydrates, and that’s starch, glycogen, and cellulose.
if you look at sources of these different carbohydrates, the glucose ***es from fruit. that’s not the only place but that’s a primary source of it. you see the lactose of course from milk, and then you get down to the celluloseand starches,cereals and vegetables be***e the primary source of these.
are we eating too much or too little of these different classes of sugars well, as you might guess, we eat too much of the ****** sugars and the disaccharide sugars and we eat too little of the ***plex carbohydrates. so if you followed a diet where you ate less junk food and ate more fruits and vegetables, for example, just those two little rules you would help shift around this balance of sugars in a way that would benefit health. there’s sugar in a lot of foods where you don’t expect it.
for example: peanut butter. here’s a list of ingredients from skippy peanut butter and you see that sugar is the second most ***mon ingredient.
here’s another example. beef stew, you wouldn’t necessarily expect to find sugar in beef stew but it’s there. now it’s down the list of ingredients, it’s actually toward the end, but if you look at the marketing of this and look at the can it says, there’s fresh potatoes and carrots, but actually there’s more sugar in this than there is carrots.
