1.问候。
自我介绍时首先应礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，并向所有的面试人员(如果有多个面试考官的话)示意。
2.姓名。语速要慢，对在姓名中出现的同音字要进行解释。如：陈、程、岑，秦、覃，戴、代，谭、谈，张、章，周、邹;晓、小;林、玲、琳、羚，明、鸣;燕、艳。

二、自我介绍的注意事项
1.自我介绍应以"我"为中心，围绕自己来说。
2.坐姿端正，手势大方，防止颤抖、摇晃、舔嘴唇等习惯动作。
3.眼光不要长时间偏离三位(或两位)考官，不要上视天花板，不要盯住考官桌上的纸。
4.表情要尽量放松，最好能略带微笑。可以面对镜子找出自己最具"亲和力"的笑容，学会用目光表达友善。
