很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是二年1、6、7、8、10班的英语任课教师，我姓赵。下面我就我们英语学习方面说我一些真实的感言：
在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听...

她批改作业一丝不苟，就连蜜蜂的“蜜”字写错了，她都能发现。一位同学把“蜜”写成了“密”，她一眼就看出来了。她不禁能够找出作业中的错别字，就连一个使用不恰当的标点符号，也都逃不过她的.“法眼”呢。
当然，她也有遇到困难的时候。但是，她总是自己想办法解决。假如她遇到了不会写的语句和字，她就自己上网查资料或是自己，从不让爸爸妈妈操心。你看她在学校认真懂事的样子，可真恐怖。
我敬佩她，因为她认真、一丝不苟的精神，值得我学习。
我是一名普普通通的初三学生，在我们班级里一共有四十多位同学，每个同学的兴趣爱好都不一样，都有自己的特长，而我总觉得跟他们对比自己一无是处。看到班级上很多同学都通过自己的努力获得了不少的奖状和奖项，而自己两手空空，一点成就感也没有。但我真的很佩服那些不仅学习成绩好，各项活动都拔尖的同学，明明是一样的年纪，学一样的知识，这差距这么就那么大呢？
拿我的'同桌来说，她家庭情况都很好，从小就学习画画，班级上的黑板报都是她负责的，每次评奖班级都能获奖。身高身材都好，对人也非常友善、平易近人，会帮你分担一些苦恼，有什么好玩有趣的事情也能第一时间想到你。试问，跟这样的同学呆在一起谁能不喜欢？
还有我们的英语课代表，她虽然长相并不是很出众，但她唱歌好听，写得一手好字，英语成绩也好，老师们都喜欢她，跟她也有很多共同的话题。不像我，一遇到老师就像躲避，不敢直视老师，总觉得老师身上有一种威严存在，令人不敢靠近，有一种只可远观而不可近距离交谈的错觉。
幸好我跟她们都成为了很好的同学，在这宝贵的三件里我们一起经历过很多场考试、分享过自己的兴趣爱好、坐在一起谈天说地的畅聊着以后的生活……
同学身上有很多有点值得我们去学习，以他们为榜样，作为我们人生路上的方向牌，努力提高自己、完善自己。
