一、高度重视新授课阶段
1、把握好节奏，不抢进度
在这个阶段，我们一丝不苟的做好每个环节，绝不盲目赶进度，而是扎实地落实课本的教学目标，落实每一个模块的基础知识目标和能力目标，把好语音关，每一个模块的词、词组都落实到位，每一篇课文都以阅读的要求来训练学生，使得学生既掌握了新知识，又提高了阅读的能力。
2、重视新课的训练
每个模块都安排一个训练，把每个模块的词、词组和重点的句子都要让学生掌握，每个模块话题都要写一篇作文，让每个模块的知识在学生的脑子里都能留下深刻的印象，实际上是在为复习阶段做好了基础的准备。
二、掌握信息、把握方向，制定好全面的备考复习计划
学科教学计划是教学的一个导向，有一个能够站在中考高度的计划，就能
避免我们中考备考的无序化。认真听取市教研室领导在中考备考研讨会给予的备考建议，充分领会并掌握其中的中考信息，了解命题方向，根据近几年中考英语试题的命题特点，弄清大纲中对学生应掌握的语言知识和语言运用能力的要求，明确中考复习方向，并制定出周密而全面的中考英语备考复习计划。
三、立足学情，注意方法，提高复习的实效性
复习分为四个方面，四个环节交替、穿插进行，杜绝孤立地单搞某个方面，这样能够有效地避免或减少个别学生的厌学情绪。

复习时做到四个结合：
